As each item is custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is confirmed. We encourage you to review your order carefully, including the size, design, and quantity, to make sure everything is exactly what you want.

Sizing Matters!

We want you to love the fit of your new Outlore Apparel! Our sizing chart, available on each product page, provides detailed measurements to help you choose the best fit for you. Since we can’t offer exchanges for incorrect sizing, please be sure to double-check your measurements before finalizing your order. Your comfort and confidence are important to us, and we want you to feel your best in our apparel.

No-Cost Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you, because we want you to love your order. We’re committed to providing a positive shopping experience, and we’re here to ensure you’re taken care of.
