Every item is made to order and production time takes 1-3 business days on order. Once made, it is then packaged and shipped out same day. Depending on the shipping speed you chose, your order will arrive in 2-8 business days from shipment time.

*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

• Economy Shipping is our cost-effective, fully-tracked shipping method, your order is delivered within the United States in 4-8 business days (after 1-3 days production time).
• Standard Shipping is our fully-tracked quicker shipping method, your order is delivered within the United States in 2-5 business days (after 1-3 days production time).

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please allow 3 business days for the package to arrive. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. In the meantime, we recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they may have received it by mistake.
